文书写作有什么常见错误？

文书常见错误可以分为几类：第一，主题选择错误—选了个看似厉害但实际与自己无关的主题，或选了太普通、没张力的主题；第二，叙述结构错误—开头冗长、重点后置、结尾仓促，或整篇像简历扩充版；第三，语言表达错误—用词过于华丽但空洞，或过于口语化不正式，或中英混杂不自然；第四，内容深度错误—只描述事件不反思，或反思太浅像口号，或过度自我批评不自信；第五，技术性错误—超字数、格式乱、没按要求匿名、拼写语法问题多。

比如很多学生喜欢用名言开头，但名言如果与后文脱节，反而显得生硬。再比如有的学生想把所有优点都塞进一篇文书，结果每点都提、每点都不深。还有的学生过于追求“完美形象”，不敢写任何挫折或困惑，让文书读起来像宣传稿而非个人故事。

避免这些错误的方法不是追求“没错”，而是先确保文书有真实的声音、清晰的脉络、具体的细节和真诚的反思。技术性问题可以后期修，但核心内容的空洞或虚假很难补救。

Other students overly pursue a "perfect image," afraid to write about any setbacks or confusion, making the essay read like promotional material rather than a personal story.

The way to avoid these mistakes isn't to pursue "no errors," but to first ensure the essay has an authentic voice, a clear progression, specific details, and sincere reflection. Technical issues can be fixed later, but emptiness or falseness in core content is hard to remedy.
